KNK has set itself the target of becoming the Regions most innovative and successful specialist provider of Facilities Maintenance, Repairs, and Improvement services within the Built Environment.

The company currently employs approximately 80 staff members, with all on-site operatives being DBS checked, equipped with photo ID badges, company uniforms, and fully sign written vehicles. Company vehicles contain many standard items as van stock. The company also has accounts with all the major suppliers in the area, including Travis Perkins and a wide variety of other local and national builder’s merchants and specialist suppliers should the operative not have the necessary materials on-board the vehicle.

Our workforce currently handles approximately 2000 orders per month via our bespoke C3 job management system linked to operative’s handheld devices to provide ‘real time’ information and feedback for all orders.  All operative vehicles are fitted with Teletrac Navman tracking system which again allows ‘real time’ feedback to the office enabling nearby operatives to be targeted to a particular location in the event of emergency works requiring immediate attention.  We cover the Greater London area, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, and the surrounding areas.  If you require we can provide a full postcode listing of all the geographical areas we cover.

With a dedicated on-call engineer and phone number available to take calls from clients 365 days a year, KNK has been providing a 24/7/365 Out of Hours (OOH) service for a number of clients over the years including Hexagon, Watmos, London & Quadrant, and Sutton Housing Partnership, amongst others.  We can respond to emergency works with a timescale of 2-4 hours depending on the contract any day of the week regardless of the time or holidays.  In support of this, we have a supply chain in place to provide 24-hour access to additional site plants and materials if the need arises.  An example of this arrangement is the facility to obtain a huge array of plant and equipment including heaters, dehumidifiers, generators, etc. from HSS Plant Hire’s 24/7 OOH outlet whilst materials can be sourced from EMU24.

We are of course fully insured to the required industry levels, currently £10m and we can supply copies of the insurance details should you require them.
