KNK specialise in repair, refurbishment & improvement services and are located just 10 miles from central London. We service a number of clients who operate in the London area and surrounding counties. We are also able to service clients on a national basis carrying out projects throughout the UK.


Our business model is based on a very personal service where we feel we bridge the service gap between the small and large contractors. Our mantra is to exceed our client’s expectations on all levels, this is underpinned by offering a high specification service that is both reliable and competitively priced.


Our clients operate in various industries and include social & private landlords, corporate organisations, healthcare, education, heritage buildings and retail. The projects range from small repairs to full refurbishment and improvement works.


As well as our refurbishment & improvement service we offer 24/7 reactive maintenance and can respond extremely quickly to your call out needs.


Our workforce undertakes a comprehensive induction process which includes DBS checks. On-site management ensures the Company’s ethos of “total professionalism throughout” is maintained, be it a small works order or a complex refurbishment.


In addition to our direct workforce we have built up a very good relationship on a nationwide basis with handpicked sub-contractors who have been selected using our qualifying approval procedure.

Our integrated management system is accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10002 and OHSAS 18001. We are also accredited to CHAS, NICEIC, SAFEcontractor, Constructionline, Exor, ROSPA, British Safety Council and CIPS. We are also members of respected trade associations which include CIPHE, Gassafe, NIEIC, Waterjetting Association and Scaffolding Association.
