Foundation House, our Head Office, accommodates all the Company’s operational, financial and administrative staff and also features a fully equipped Control and Call Centre

KNK Call Centre


The Call Centre is seen as the main access route to the KNK service delivery, all of which is underpinned by an integrated and up-to-date technology and information infrastructure. The fully staffed Call Centre has substantial and significant experience in interfacing with any system requirement of the client, e.g. Saffron, SX3, Bespoke and CSV File data transfer.

Staff


KNK only employs such persons that are careful, skilled, honest, properly instructed, suitably qualified and experienced in the relevant areas of activity.  All operational staff, including the directors, managers, staff of its Alliance Partners and Sub-Contractors (visiting, working and/or inspecting tenanted properties) are vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Training


The Company run a programmed range of both internal and external training courses to help develop our staff and their skills.

Customer Care

Code of Conduct


All Company staff – including sub-contractors – are trained in the requirements of the Company’s Code of Conduct which lays out clear guidelines for the governance of their behaviour whilst at work.

Company Fleet


The Company currently operates a fleet of approximately 50 commercial vehicles, all of which are distinctively sign-written and no more than 3 years old. All Company Commercial Vehicles run on reduced-sulphur diesel, are regularly maintained and fitted with tracking devices. The company is certified under the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS)

The Company operates an advanced system-led management system that has been designed to meet, and where possible, exceed the requirements of:

KNK and the Community


The Company takes an active role in local community events as part of its Community Action Programme and sponsors a diverse range of local clubs and associations.  These range from residents associations, football clubs – youth and professional – to fun days and festivals.  As a high percentage of KNK staff live in the communities we serve, the bond between the Company and its neighbourhood is greatly enhanced.
